The CSG-CP Series Gears with output bearing consist of a precise CSG-2A Gear Component Set and a tilt resistant output bearing. They combine maximum torque capacity with a reinforced output bearing. They are available in five sizes with ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160 with repeatable repeated peak torques from 44 to 841 Nm.


In addition to the proven strain wave gear technology, CSG-CP-M/H/S Series is also available in Triangle Technology. Setting new standards in torsional stiffness, transmission accuracy and dynamics.

Three clever versions: Motor mounted gear, with hollow shaft or with input shaft

The CSG-CP series is available in three versions: the CSG-CPM Gears with output bearing for direct mounting of any motor, the CSG-CPH Gears with output bearing with hollow shaft for feed-through of supply lines for further drive systems and the CSG-CPS Gears with output bearing with stainless steel input shaft, which allows flexible integration into your design. If required, the gears with output bearing are available in specific designs customised for your application or with particularly high corrosion protection. Thanks to the reinforced tilt resistant output bearing with maximum torsional stiffness and precision, the gears can absorb high loads and are characterised by their long lifetime. The positioning accuracy guarantees stable machine characteristics with short cycle times.
