Your Tasks
 

• Analyze and document technical and process-related customer requirements in close coordination with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
• Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement alignment
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and traceability of all requirements throughout the product development process
• Prepare requirement specifications for new solutions and adaptations of existing products/processes
• Design, implement, and optimize processes – including identifying weaknesses, developing new solutions, and documenting them in coordination with Quality Management
• Support the implementation of aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100, ISO 9001)
• Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers: technical clarifications, participation in audits, and risk analyses
• Identify process weaknesses and derive improvement measures (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or FMEA methods)
• Actively coordinate interfaces between Sales, Development, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth project execution

 

Your Profile
 

• Master /Diplom Degree in engineering, e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in requirements engineering and process management, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Knowledge of relevant standards and methods (EN9100, ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma)
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic working approach
• Advanced German and English skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
