Your Tasks
- Customer Acquisition and Support: Identification and approach of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships in the military technology sector
- Technical Consulting: Providing technical expertise and support in addressing specific customer requirements
- Offer Preparation and Negotiation: Development of tailored offers and conducting price negotiations, considering both technical and economic aspects
- Project Management: Coordination and monitoring of projects from the offer phase to successful implementation
- Market Monitoring: Analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and identification of new business opportunities
- Product Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers
- Collaboration with Internal Departments: Close coordination with development, production, and other relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Willingness to Travel: Regular business trips for customer support and participation in trade shows or professional events
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant legal and safety regulations in international sales
Your Profile
- Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Professional experience in sales of mechanical and mechatronic products is desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- High willingness to travel and intercultural competence
- Knowledge of export control regulations and experience with export-relevant rules and approval procedures
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
