Expansion of the Management Board team Christian Reuter, an experienced and highly valued employee, is joining the Management Board. Since starting as an apprentice mechanical technician, during his time with Harmonic Drive SE he has demonstrated his expertise and commitment to the development of the company in various management positions. He joins the board from his most recent position as Vice President for Production. With the technology transfer from the parent company in Japan to the production site in Germany and the development of modern machinery, Mr Reuter has provided decisive impetus for the future viability of the production.
"Christian Reuter has distinguished himself in his years at the company through his expertise and high level of commitment. He already successfully manages over 200 employees in our production area. Clear priorities for the new role Christian Reuter has formulated clear goals for his role as COO: "The development and promotion of our employees are essential building blocks for the long-term success of our company. The aim is to further optimise stable structures and give each department the opportunity to make the best possible use of its core competencies." Reuter also takes a clear approach to his role as a manager: "Leadership means taking responsibility and acting as a role model through transparency and consistent action. Targeted action and open communication are essential in order to successfully manage the entire company."
In his new role, Christian Reuter will be responsible for Production, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology.
